FUROAR specializes in luxury pet habitats, accessories, and bespoke creations. All product descriptions, materials, sizes, finishes, and images are provided for general information. Minor variations may occur due to craftsmanship, customization, or material availability.

4. Pricing & Payments

- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

- FUROAR reserves the right to update or modify prices at any time without prior notice.

- Payments must be completed in full to confirm an order.

- Certain products may require deposits or staged payments based on customization.

5. Orders & Customization

By placing an order, you confirm that all submitted information (measurements, colors, finishes, personal details, etc.) is accurate. Customized and bespoke items are made specifically for the client and are non-refundable unless defective.

6. Shipping & Delivery

- FUROAR ships worldwide through approved logistics partners.

- Delivery times may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and production schedules.

- Shipping fees, import duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the client’s responsibility.

- Risk of loss transfers to the client once the order is handed to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of FUROAR products, returns are not accepted, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and documentation.

8. Warranty

FUROAR products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, humidity, chemicals, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
