At FUROAR, every creation is handcrafted to order, designed with precision, and produced under the highest standards of luxury manufacturing. Our Refund & Return Policy exists to protect both the integrity of our craftsmanship and the confidence of our esteemed clients. Each FUROAR piece is considered a bespoke work of art, produced exclusively upon client confirmation. As such, refunds and returns are evaluated with discretion and fairness, maintaining balance between artisanal exclusivity and client satisfaction.

1. Non-Refundable Bespoke Creations

All custom, made-to-order, or personalized FUROAR creations — including pet houses, enclosures, falcon stands, or special finishes (such as gold plating, lacquering, or engraving) — are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production begins. This policy upholds the bespoke nature of our atelier: each order involves tailored materials, artisanal labor, and individual specifications.

2. Eligibility for Review

In exceptional cases, FUROAR may consider a partial refund or remake if:
- The item arrives damaged in transit, and the damage is reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- The product received differs materially from the confirmed purchase order or approved design.
- The client provides sufficient photographic or video evidence demonstrating a manufacturing defect.
All requests are reviewed by FUROAR’s Quality Assurance Department, which may authorize replacement, repair, or credit based on internal evaluation.

3. Reporting Procedure

To initiate a claim:
1. Contact info@furoar.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Include your order number, delivery receipt, and detailed description of the issue.
3. Attach clear images or videos of the product and packaging.
Our team will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide next steps for assessment or collection if required.

4. Condition of Returns (if approved)

If a return is approved:
- The item must remain unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, documentation, and protective covers must be intact.
- FUROAR reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of installation, use, or tampering.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued:
- In the original method of payment, or
- As a store credit toward a future FUROAR purchase, should the client elect this option at their discretion.

The store credit option is offered as a gesture of convenience — not an obligation. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after final approval, excluding bank or courier delays.

6. Shipping and Handling Costs

Shipping, insurance, customs, and handling fees are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for return shipping arrangements unless the return is due to an error or defect confirmed by FUROAR.

7. International Orders

For international clients, variations in climate, humidity, or handling conditions do not constitute defects. FUROAR ensures all packaging meets international freight standards; clients are responsible for local import duties and customs clearances.

8. Force Majeure

FUROAR cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including natural events, political disruptions, or courier mishandling outside FUROAR’s supervision.
