FUROAR SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Bespoke Craftsmanship & Dispatch

Every FUROAR creation is individually handcrafted to order — no two pieces are ever identical. Standard production and preparation timelines range from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, selected finishes, and destination.

FUROAR will update its estimated delivery timelines on a weekly basis to ensure integrity and transparency at all times.

Once production is completed, clients receive a dispatch confirmation email including courier details, tracking number, and an estimated delivery window. FUROAR reserves the right to adjust dispatch schedules in accordance with material availability, customizations, or logistical conditions to maintain the highest standards of quality.

Domestic & International Delivery

FUROAR delivers globally through trusted logistics partners specialized in the transport of luxury goods and high‑value bespoke items. All shipments are fully insured from our atelier until they safely reach the client’s delivery address.

International deliveries may require additional processing time due to customs clearance or import regulations in the destination country. FUROAR cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs or third‑party carriers.

For large orders or bespoke commissions, a formal quotation will be issued to the client outlining shipping details, the delivery process, all costs, cancellation terms, and payment instructions.

Packaging & Handling

Each FUROAR piece is encased in a custom‑engineered protective crate designed to preserve the integrity of delicate finishes such as lacquer, leather, crystal, and gold plating during transit. All packaging is branded and discreetly sealed to maintain both security and confidentiality.

Special handling instructions or white‑glove delivery services can be arranged upon client request prior to dispatch.

Delivery Confirmation

Upon arrival, clients are kindly requested to inspect the product in the presence of the courier. In the rare event of visible damage or mishandling, the client must notify FUROAR and the courier within 24 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence so that we can open an insurance claim immediately.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling costs vary according to:
• Destination country and delivery zone
• Total weight and volumetric size of the product
• Selected delivery service (standard or express)

Exact shipping fees will be calculated and confirmed at checkout or via official quotation prior to final payment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the client’s responsibility. FUROAR has no control over such fees and cannot predict their exact amount.

Failed Deliveries or Storage

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or client unavailability, the courier may impose additional storage or redelivery fees. FUROAR reserves the right to pass on any such costs to the client. For premium and limited‑edition pieces, long‑term storage at our facility can be arranged upon written request.
