FUROAR Order Cancellation Policy

Each FUROAR creation is individually commissioned and produced to order. Cancellations are therefore handled with the same level of formality, precision, and respect that governs every stage of our craftsmanship. This policy defines the conditions under which an order may be reconsidered or withdrawn.
1. Cancellation Window
Clients may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing their order, provided that production has not yet begun. After this period, materials, scheduling, and artisan labor may already be committed, and cancellation may not be possible. FUROAR begins production promptly upon confirmation to ensure timely completion of bespoke works.
2. Cancellation Procedure
To request a cancellation:
1. Contact info@furoar.com within 24 hours of purchase.
2. Include your order number, full name, and a formal written request stating the reason for cancellation.
3. Our atelier team will confirm whether production has commenced and advise accordingly.
Requests received outside the initial 24-hour period will be reviewed at FUROAR’s discretion.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
Cancellations cannot be accepted for:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces (all FUROAR creations fall within this category).
- Orders where materials, finishes, or fabrication processes have already been initiated.
- Special or limited-edition items crafted under exclusive commissions.
Once production begins, the order is considered binding and non-cancellable.
4. Discretionary Exceptions
In extraordinary circumstances — such as verified duplicate payments, clerical errors, or supplier delays — FUROAR may approve a partial refund or credit, subject to internal assessment. All exceptions require written authorization from FUROAR’s Client Services Department.
5. Financial Terms
If a cancellation is approved before production starts, FUROAR may deduct administrative or transaction processing fees (typically up to 5% of the total amount). Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment, or, should the client elect, as store credit toward a future FUROAR purchase. No other compensation or consequential reimbursement shall apply.
6. Production Commencement Definition
Production is deemed to have commenced once material procurement or cutting has begun, custom finishes have been ordered, or the project has been scheduled within FUROAR’s atelier timeline.
7. Communication and Confirmation
FUROAR communicates all order stages through official channels only — primarily email confirmation. Verbal or informal requests via social platforms are not considered valid cancellation notices.
8. Force Majeure
Should unavoidable external events (e.g., natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or transportation disruptions) interfere with production or delivery, FUROAR reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or adapt the order without liability or penalty.
